Homemade Lemon Curd


Recipe from Delia. I reduced the sugar and butter.

Big King said too sour but I lurveeeee.............

Spread it on cracker.................


I have used it to bake a light cheesecake.............

    What a great way to use up the curd! I made way too much and I love cheesecake! Notice we stored the lemon curd in the same Bonne Maman jar, uncanny.....

    The cake is realy good,
    I was thinking to mix Lemon Curd with cream cheese or with cream,but nothing was left.. :-)
