Vietnamese Noodle Salad and Steamed Spare Ribs

Here are some dishes I cooked last week.


Vietnamese style vermicelli salad.

Ingredients:
Vermicelli 粉絲, cooked in boiling water and drained
1 egg, make into omelette and cut into thin strips
1 chicken breast, boiled and shredded
½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
½ carrot, cut into thin strips

Sauce:
4 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp water
1 chilli, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cm ginger, minced
Juice from 1 lime


Method:
Arrange ingredients on a plate and pour sauce over. Serve.

This salad is very addictive and serves very well in a hot day.


Easy peasy, it's just steam marinated spare ribs with black bean.
