That apple cake looks delicious! Though I always find it hard to find cakes which have the right balance of sweetness. How was this one? Would love to give it a try :)
Hi OMG,
The apple cake has this gluey texture (kueh-like) which my daughter dislikes. I didn't mind much and flavour wise was good. I have a sweet-tooth and find the apple cake not overtly sweet.
