Made bread & butter pudding after dinner.
Big King has been nagging at me to make his all time fav pud. He has deliberately left last 2 pieces of bread uneaten and hinting at me: ''So what can we do with only 2 pieces of bread? I take 4 at a time, 2 cannot fill me up wor''
Aiyah, say mah if want me to cook. We play this kind of game all the time, hinting this, hinting that, hehe, this is 生活情趣, adds fun to life.
Tip: Must cook the pud in a bain marie (water bath), water must come upto halfway of the ramekin. This ensures smooth and no holes custard.
