Tuesday dinner - Rabbit's special grilled chicken, 青江菜 and miso soup

I marinated the other half of free range bird left from brewing soup on Sunday.

Rabbit's special grilled chicken

Marinate for the chicken for half a bird:
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 onion
half inch ginger
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 chillies
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Whizz everything in a processor and spread over chicken, let marinate for at least overnight. Grill at high heat or bake in oven at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
Some greens to go with the chicken.
Fried 青江菜 with fresh shitake mushroom and egg
Easy peasy.
Since there is no gravy in the chicken, I also cooked miso soup.
Miso soup with beancurd and wakame.
