Monday dinner - tomato fried rice and smoked ham & cheese chicken kievs

I really crave tomato fried rice.........Craving started after watching Japan's soap ''午餐女王'' the soap featured Omuraishi (蛋包飯) but my skill not good enough to enclose the rice in the omu.
